The path to the discovery of wellness for me began as a teenager. From sports injuries to lower back muscles spasms due to getting rear-ended in a car accident, the importance of self-care made itself loud and clear. 

The passion for healing others came when I experienced how powerful the human touch is in the form of a massage. Later I came to know the benefits of so many modalities at The Therapeutic Massage and Training Center in Westfield, NJ.  During this time my curiosity expanded in learning to heal in different ways.

As a licensed massage therapist, I am committed to the treatment of relieving muscle tension, pain management and allowing the body to heal itself.
