Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure adequate time for the intake form and consultation. The health history form is used to establish current physical, structural and any possible underlying emotional issues (typically stress, in turn affecting the physical body).  Please understand that late guests will receive the time remaining for your service and full charges will apply. To maintain our relaxing and peaceful environment, please remember to turn phone to silent or vibrate.

During treatments you will be properly draped at all times. Your privacy is respected so you can undress to your comfort level.  Your comfort is of the utmost importance. Please notify us of your preferences of room temperature, massage pressure, music volume, and any other request you may have.

To avoid a full service charge, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required.

Gratuity is not required, however much appreciated.
